This morning started with music and dancing! Anthony asked to have some music on and started a dance party with Anke. The music inspired some of our painters, Ella O. and Emma, who were working in the art room. After a little dance break, Anthony and Cameron set up a restaurant at the table. Vivian and Emma made cakes for the restaurant, while Rhys and Riley took care of the babies in the kitchen.
Outside in the front, the tower and the slide were busy with kids! Ben was going up the tower and sliding down over and over again! Ella O. took to the lower part of the tower, going in and out. Cameron and Maddy came along with a great idea for a campout under the tower! Ella O. gladly joined and the trio camped to their hearts’ content. Ella and Collin joined in the fun in the lower part of the tower, before running over to the bikes and hopping on for a ride. Vivian and Rhys couldn’t resist a good bike ride with their friends, Collin and Ella. Ella even jumped on the trailer bike and gave a ride to Emma, who was all smiles.
Alex found a big ball, perfect for kicking and running with! Riley and Anthony joined in with their own ball. They took turns kicking it, then running to catch to ball and give it another good kick. They really made a wonderful team with Anke by holding hands and taking turns! Ella O. was right in the action, going down the slide and playing with the big balls as well.
Rhys, Cecy, and Anthony ran as fast as their legs could carry them out in the front. The boys pushed the big grey ball over and over, even through the black tube! Up above, Alex was out exploring the big tower. He went up and down the ladder all the way into the big tower. From the top, he had a grand view of his speedy, silly friends.
In the back, Ella, Collin, Rhys, Riley, and Alex got messy with shaving cream, spatulas and paint. Everyone was covered in light blue fluff! Bubbles and foam were flying! Vivian joined in the experience with glee. It may have been messy, but everyone sure smelled sweet after that shaving cream attack.
Amidst the shaving cream party, Cameron, Maddy, and Anthony started hot gluing their very own creations. With serious, concentrated faces, they carefully placed beads, flowers, and craft sticks galore. Their hard work paid off, because they came out with some amazing and beautiful combinations!
Enjoy your evening! See you tomorrow!!
