This morning our friends came to school ready to get creative. Cameron marched over to the hot glue station and created a star! In keeping with his space theme, he also created a rocket ship, ready to blast off. Vivian created a castle with the magnetic shapes. It was so tall! Dean and Emma came in and decided to work together. They printed in the art room with special green paints and stamps. They decorated a new table cloth for our restaurant! They finished up their stamping and moved to the house keeping area. Emma made a wonderful mother, while Dean was the caring father. Their babies suddenly fell very ill, so they rushed them to the doctor’s office.
Later that morning, the crew bundled up and headed outside for some fun in the sun, even though the air was chilly. Cameron and Maddy embarked on an ocean journey. Their boat was trusty, but a storm came up and started rocking it back and forth. Maddy and Cameron were thrown around with it by the blustery wind and waves. Fortunately, the storm passed, as they eventually do, and the two decided to build a rocket ship for a new journey into space. Collin and Ella ran past the rocket ship to the climbing wall that had become a mountain. They were babies who also happened to be expert mountain climbers! Kaito lent them a hand as well and climbed up in a jiffy. Riley climbed up the ladder then slid down the slide. She was having so much fun that she kept going down over and over again! Once she reached the bottom, she would give a hug to her friends, and set off once more.
Up at the top of the tower, Emma and Bronwen were being mommies and taking care of all their children. Just below them, Anthony and Braeden were in their house having a singing party. They were also admiring each other’s warm, winter hats. Ben heard the beautiful singing and stepped inside to join in.
Ava and Vivian hustled over to the bike path where they jumped on bikes and pedaled to visit many different places. Alex hopped on a bike as well as he made his way to the airport. Dean came along and joined in. He and Ben were speedy and raced each other around the path. He even gave rides on the trailer bike! Vivian was his first, eager passenger. Then after a few laps, they both turned into tigers and ran away with a roar.
Once the weather got to be a little too nippy, our friends ventured inside for more fun. Alex and Ben grabbed the railroad tracks as soon as they made it downstairs. They built an amazing train track maze! Collin pitched in now and then with the construction project, but mostly he was a king and was very busy with kingdom business. Vivian may have helped out as well, but she was busy with a lively game of table hockey! Braeden, Bronwen, and Emma made their way to the kitchen and got to cooking. Ava watched patiently as the food was prepared, then put the delicious food on plates and platters to carry out to her friends.
The upstairs areas were buzzing with activity. Anthony picked out the race cars and blocks for his very own race track. Kaito helped out too. Together they built an entire airport! Cameron and Maddy were getting creative with the beads. They made all sorts of wonderful beaded wreaths together. Riley was having a blast in the art room making more stamping masterpieces. Ella joined her in the art room at the hot glue station where she was an artist and a mom. She informed her friends that she had a very cute baby.
