First thing this morning, Elsa saw her friend Riley coming and gave her a big smile, then a welcome hug. The girls noticed our babies were not being taken care of, so they teamed up to get the job done. Next they moved to painting! The combination of shaving cream, orange paint, and glitter was magical! Ella Jude was also making her own masterpiece.

At the writing center, Maddy and Cameron were writing up a storm. They were making very special notes for their friends J.J. and Bennett. They even got out the scissors and tape to make their notes extra exciting. Vivian was also working nearby, but she was using the beads to work on her long necklace. Alex was getting creative with the Lego’s. He picked them out carefully and placed them “in a row.” Ben was using the cameras to take pictures of his friends. He even took a few of Emma, who was being a puppy.

Outside, Elsa and Ella Jude were having a blast climbing to the top of the tower. They took turns sliding down with glee! Ben joined in and took a few turns on the slide too. Emma and Riley were doing their exercises. They showed off some very silly poses as they balanced on one foot. Then they practiced squatting down and popping up with a hop to blast off into the air. Ella M. had been cooking, but she saw how much fun they were having, so she came over to join in. Elsa picked up where Ella M. had left off and finished the cooking. The delicious smells of food attracted some wild visitors. Cameron, Maddy, and Collin were ferocious wild cats with some huge appetites! They wanted to gobble all the food up, but the girls chased them away to go hunt for themselves. They ran away and over near the bike path where Vivian and Alex were racing around on their bikes.

The group moved to the back after a little while and got into some exciting activities. Vivian found the hot glue station and created a lovely rocket ship with beads galore. Elsa painted a magnificent yellow picture. Ella M. and Ella Jude popped their muck boots on and headed to the sandbox to get their hands dirty. Anthony joined in the sandbox fun with Ben. They used the shovels for digging and scooping until they’d made a tremendous mountain!

Maddy, Collin, and Cameron were being big spider kids. They made their way over to the water station where they spotted buckets, funnels, and containers of all sizes and shapes. The project they took on was to make the tastiest lemonade! They scooped and poured until the mixture was just right, then shared their tasty beverage.

Have a wonderful evening!
