This morning the critters were out! Riley was a wonderful piggy named “Riley Piggy.” Dean chose the lobster costume. Alex picked out the giraffe costume, suited up, and then got the cars going on the rug.

Maddy and Cameron were doing their kindergarten work, measuring the gourds and pumpkins at the writing table. Emma was also working on her skills as she read a story to her friends, Vivian, Dean, and Riley. Bronwen found one of the babies and took her on a morning walk around the house. The art room was her next stop where she painted with some golf balls! They bounced and rolled around the box, leaving beautiful trails on her paper. Ben chose to get creative too! He had a blast making creatures at the play dough table.

In the front, Alex, Ava, Bronwen, and Anthony had our four tires lined up nicely for an obstacle course game. The group took turns jumping in and out of the tires and taking giant steps over the tires. Dean and Emma walked past the tires to the slide. First, they dried it off for their friends, and then they took a few slides down. Riley came by as they were sliding to show off her brand new boots! Riley then joined up with Emma for some exercises. They were running and jumping with joy! Ben and Dean got the big blue ball involved in their exercises as they made some big kicks. Bronwen was working hard balancing along a tightrope as “trapeze girl.” Maddy and Cameron were spider kids taking care of their spider house.

On the bike path, Ella and Vivian were pedaling along on their bikes, speedy as ever. Collin joined in the fun. They even took a few turns around with the scooter to mix things up.

In the back, the group was diving in to some open-ended art! Ella and Bronwen chose golf ball painting. Alex and Anthony saw how much fun they were having and decided to join in too! Ben used the hot glue to decorate some beautiful sticks with beads. Vivian was also working along with him.

In the sandbox, Maddy, Dean, and Cameron grabbed a few shovels and got to digging. Together they built a dam! Next, Dean found his friend Alex and they made a wonderful zoo together. Riley and Emma also made up their own games. First they were princesses, and then they switched to being cars and zoomed around the back bike path. Dean and Alex had finished their zoo, so they joined Riley and Emma to play with the clay and take pictures of each other.

Another group was having a ball being together at school as well. Ava, Collin, Ella, and Vivian were at Ava’s new house near the bridge. They were cooking up a storm. A few ants wanted to join the party, but the group decided they didn’t want ant guests. They picked the ants up with leaves and deposited them in the flower box, then continued to enjoy their soup.

Have a fantastic evening!!
