Welcome back and Happy New Year! This morning Anthony, Nerissa and Ruby joyfully painted in the art room together. The trio loudly welcomed their friends upon arrival. After singing, reading and breakfast we headed out into the windy day. Reed, Oscar and Rowan ran “super fast” per Rowan. Gabby and Ruby meowed about as kitties. Seren, Collin, Ella and Rock played Tag while Maddy and Chloe played a game of Sonic. Nerissa was a wild cat with Mila and Seren. Anthony utilized the slide and ran around too. Nate enjoyed chatting it up with all of his friends in turn.
We came inside to warm up where some of us headed downstairs. Upstairs, Mila, Nerissa and Seren set up Bob’s Red Mill School. During school they took a break in the art room to paint with Rock. Nerissa and Mila painted a big creek. Seren and Rock each created with hot glue. Reed and Rowan made long chains. Ella, Ruby and Collin sat at the writing center with Oscar who was working on a book.
Downstairs, Anthony built ramps and sent the balls soaring down. Maddy, Nate, Gabby and Chloe climbed into the loft and imagined it was a tree house. After that they struck up a game of hide and seek. Then the group all became doggies.
