This morning Bella worked with the magnetic shapes and as she was building she discovered how to balance them. Cy used the shape puzzles and then worked with the wooden patterns. Afterwards the two friends poured rice with Mila. Bennett and Lewis arrived and set up a car wash. Nerissa entered on a mission to say good morning to the fish. She then headed directly to the art room.
When we got outside, Nerissa, Mila, Ariel and Hadley set up shop- an ice cream shop. The girls sold ice cream to their friends. However, selling it to Reed and Oscar was a little tricky- as they were hot lava guys and try as they might the ice cream continued to melt before it reached their mouths. Nate galloped and trotted around as a horse. Eliana, Seren and Keira hung out together on the bike path and Bella and Rachel played together with a huge, blue, bouncing exercise ball.
A kitty family took over the school yard; Ariel was the mommy, Nerissa and Hadley babies and Cy was the dad. Meowing could be heard all over. Lewis quickly transformed into Lightening McQueen as Reed, Cy and Oscar imagined that they were riding in an airplane.
Inside, Bella worked at linking the chains together. She was a pet kitty to Seren, who had three kitties; Rachel, Eliana and Bella. Seren made special snacks for her kitties and made sure they had a comfy place to rest. Nerissa, Ariel and Mila created an office out of blankets and then the girls busied themselves writing. Bennett and Lewis constructed another car wash while Nate painted with stamps and then dug into the rice tub.
Downstairs Reed and Cy used the farm while Oscar danced. Then Oscar, Reed and Cy piled into the loft. The boys scooted over to make room for Hadley as she brought ramps and cars up to share with the boys.
