Nerissa, Kaito and Rowan began their day painting with glitter in the art room. When Zach arrived the foursome headed into the kitchen to prepare and enjoy food. Nerissa found an empty box and asked for Anke to make it into a “food to go box,” which she did. Zach sparked an idea and he was in charge of the food distribution and the menu. The menu was chicken with barbeque sauce, applesauce, mac & cheese and bread. Nerissa asked if she could have a chai tea with spenda on it and when that got no answer she requested a coffee to go with her meal. Zach gave watermelon with soy sauce to Kaito who took it with a smile. When her belly was full, Nerissa worked the register while Rowan and Zach made and delivered the food. After many deliveries, Rowan abandoned the kitchen to work with the hangers. In time, Nerissa left the register to Kaito and joined Daphne to do finger puppets.
When we got outside, Ruby, Cam and Reed headed for the bike path. Reed rode a trikes while Ruby hopped on the trailer bike and offered a ride to Cam. Cam was delighted and accepted. Meanwhile, Daphne was dancing Angelina, Maddy the mommy and Chloe a doctor and then a koala bear who went to school. Aiden, Rowan and Kaito played with the big balls and then Kaito and Aiden jumped off to the bridge to hang out. Nerissa played the “I love…” game. Mila and Eliana were moms to Seren and Rock who were baby bugs. The baby bugs were very needy. Cole climbed the rock wall and Zach went bowling with speedy Reedy.
In the back, Chloe, Aiden, Maddy and Daphne used the sandbox. Nerissa dabbled here and there and didn’t find a place to settle in. Seren, Ruby, Reed, Zach and Kaito stood around the table with a tray full of shaving cream each. Rock, Eliana and Mila imagined they were ice skating in the little house. Cam, Kaito and Cole took ownership of the water pouring station and got the job done.
