Bella, Rachel and Rock busily poured sand this morning. Rachel found a lone bean hiding in the cool sand which she eagerly showed off to her friends upon their arrival. When Bella was done with the sand, she and Nerissa put together the huge fish floor puzzle. Cooper worked at the writing center drawing in green marker while Chloe and Maddy opened up the doctor’s office. Each girl was dressed the part and had a medical bag full of tools to utilize on their infant patients. Lewis arrived and excitedly grabbed the cars and magnetic shapes. After he had constructed a fabulous garage and parked many cars in it he said, “Watch what I can do!” In an instant his hand smashed into the garage and the walls crashed in. At this he laughed and built a new one.
In the front, Aiden became Spiderman and Rock, Collin and Cooper employed the big balls to balance and bounce on. Eventually, Spiderman joined Rock and Cooper on the bridge to look for bugs. When Spiderman needed something new to do he found Kaito and the boys took turns on the slide. Eliana and Nerissa patiently awaited their turn on the slide and then ran off together to chat. There was also secret chatting going on in the black tube between Rachel, Bella and Seren. “Ice cream, who wants ice cream?” shouted Chloe and Maddy. When the novelty wore off the girls ran for the bike path, carefully stepping over Reed and Zach who were drawing with chalk. Today was Katie’s lucky day, as Lewis was her personal barista.
In the back, Nerissa, Reed, Rock, Collin and Bella gathered around the blue table to paint. Kaito also painted, on the easel. When Nerissa was done painting, she joined Zach, Cooper and Rachel to hot glue. Eliana, Aiden, Kaito, Seren, Rachel, Bella and Lewis all found a space to dig in the sandbox. Maddy and Chloe remained on the bridge.
