Seren, Bella and Lewis used the cars and magnetic shapes. They built many different buildings- some were for the cars to go into and some were for the cars to zoom past. Cy sat at the table with green play dough. There Cy rolled and molded the dough until he had the perfect cake with green icing for Anke. Reed and Rock came over to sit with Cy and the three boys talked what blankets they sleep with at home. Bennett set up the wooden rails and sent the cars flying down them. Afterwards he headed to the writing center where Seren and Bella joined him. Meanwhile, Nerissa and Chloe worked with the sewing cards.
Kaito came to visit and check out the Big House. Everyone was eager to introduce themselves to Kaito and his mom. Once that was done the children went their separate ways. Nerissa, Ariel and Bennett bounced and balanced on the big balls. When Nerissa was done with that she grabbed a clipboard and pen. Then she walked around and solicited documented her friends stories. Bennett went on a bear hunt. We are not sure if he found the bear today, but he did find a sloppy monster (aka Rock). As Bennett (and anyone else) came into contact with the sloppy monster he got flicked with mud. When Carolyn arrived Nate led us downstairs for music.
Bella, Rachel, Oscar, Seren, Nerissa and Mila all hung out on the bike path. They found a really, really long worm. Rachel scooped it up and showed it to everyone. Bennett climbed to the top of the tower and proclaimed, “This is my mountain!” Lewis and Rock played hide-and-seek as they sang. Inside, Lewis, Cy, Rock, Reed, Chloe, Ariel and Nate helped Katie.
