Happy 4th Birthday Zach! This morning in the art room Chloe, Cam and Maddy were busy painting while Nerissa, Bennett, Daphne and Ruby worked on maps at the writing center. Gabby tended to the babies and the kitchen.
In the locker room it was requested that we go on a bear hunt. At once the children start patting their legs and the bear hunt begins…
Bennett: We are riding on a train. (Everyone sits in their seat.)
Maddy: We are climbing on a big train. (Everyone climbs the stairs to the big train.)
Cam: Then we climb down the train. And then the mudd.
Zach: Up the tree!
Daphne: We see a baby beluga and a shark and a baby dolphin.
Gabby: A bear. Bear hunt.
Chloe: There was a lion fighting the bear.
Reed: And then uhm a there is water so we have to swim through it.
Eliana: We climb a tree again.
Mila: We found a bear in a train and we got him.
Ruby: We get in a tree.
Oscar: The bear, uhm, climbed up the tree.
Nerissa: A bear. That’s it.
Nate: The bear scratched up the lion. Because the lion already got on the train. And he was in the air.
Rock: We lost the magic diamond and we have to fine it. Because the bear lost it.
When the bear hunt is done we head outside where Nate and Maddy become cheetahs and Bennett a speeding racecar. Cam was a racecar too, but his kept breaking down and had to go to the shop. Rock, Zach, Reed and Oscar are ninjas on the bridge. The ninjas turned into pirates and the bridge a pirate ship- the boys were off on their adventure. Nerissa is the baby with Mila and Eliana as big sister and mom. Nate, the cheetah, belonged to this family and went out in the jungle in search of food for them. Meanwhile, Ruby gave Gabby and Daphne a ride on the trailer bike. After a while, Chloe, Ruby, Daphne, Nerissa, Maddy and Nate all played Grandma
Wolf.
We had music with Carolyn.
