This morning, Lewis, Aiden and Cameron set to work with the magnetic shapes and cars while Nerissa and Bella sat at the writing center. The two girls were busily making long paper swords. When Nerissa’s swords were complete she grabbed some scissors and spent the rest of her morning cutting out pictures. Chloe made her way to the art room where she used glue and pink paint to make masterpieces. Bella and Rachel saw what Chloe was up to and quickly joined her. The later girls however worked together on a present for one of Rachel’s friends. After a while Chloe got her sword out of her cubby and gave Pluto a ride on it and Cameron built a boat out of the magnetic shapes. His boat sailed to the island where there is a picnic. Rock arrived with a Japanese bumble bee costume on. In the locker-room Nerissa took us on a bear hunt- possibly the longest bear hunt ever.
Outside, Chloe and Maddy morphed into cheetahs. The two girls ran quickly and took a breather on the bench. Mila and Ariel morphed into gummy racers. As gummy racers the girls went front the big balls to the slide and back again. Reed was the younger brother to Rachel’s older sister. The siblings had a puppy (aka Bella). The yard was full of swords being used for a variety of tasks. Eliana, Seren, Zach and Rock chatted on the bridge while Aiden, Cam and Lewis played house together.
In the back, Zach, Rachel and Eliana used the easel to paint and wash. Rock painted on the easel on the deck. Meanwhile, Bella, Seren, Mila, Ariel, Chloe and Maddy stood shoulder to shoulder pouring water at the blue table on the deck. Nerissa and Reed were pouring and transporting the water at the water buckets. Lewis and Cam dug in the sandbox while Reed opted to hang out in the playhouse. After a while, Aiden and Rachel used the water buckets with Lewis and Maddy climbed into sandbox. Later, Ariel and Rock worked with the hot glue and Reed, Seren, Rock and Bella hunted for worm eggs.
