The children had lots of stories to tell first thing this morning. Rowan, Chloe, Nerissa and Daphne were among the story tellers. Chloe and Daphne excitedly approached the art room to find golf ball painting. When the girls were done, Rowan and Nerissa picked up the pans and took a turn. Chloe then began trying on numerous costumes at Daphne’s request- a tiger, pink poodle and doctor puppy were among them. Later, Rowan cooked and Nerissa wrote at the writing center. When Rowan was done cooking he announced that he was Captain America and asked Anke if she wanted to be Hawk. Of course she did, so Rowan obtained a bow and arrow for her to carry on her back. Anthony was busy at the fire station. He was making sure that all of the firemen got a chance to climb the tall ladder.
When we got outside, Daphne, Ruby and Gabby were moms and babies while Maddy and Chloe morphed into wolves. Reed passed by as a raccoon, but with his stealth he was barely noticed. Aiden and Rowan played with the ball and Eliana and Seren hunted up and down the land for treasure.
In the back, Mila, Seren and Eliana used the big easel while Chloe glued at the hot glue station. Maddy, Daphne, Ruby, Reed, Gabby, Aiden and Rowan took a turn at golf ball painting and Nerissa and Rock played with the chestnuts.
Inside, Reed, Nerissa, Chloe and Maddy became a family where Reed and Nerissa were babies, Chloe the mom and Maddy the sister. The mom and sister took photo after photo of the babies in action. Meanwhile, Ruby, Gabby and Daphne made a big cake out of pegs and sang Happy Birthday with the cha cha cha’s just like we do here at school. Aiden, Rock and Rowan utilized the writing center.
