Turner and Ben came in this morning ready to work with the cars. They headed to the black carpet and got busy lining up the cars and building a road. Vivian and Alex arrived and headed to the writing center where they cut with scissors, punched holes and used tape to make magnificent creations. Ella and Anthony arrived ready to play dress up. Ella put on her beautiful princess gown and became Princess Olivia. Anthony wore his superhero cape and asked Anke to join him. The two of them became superheroes and flew around the room rescuing their friends from danger. Over in the art room, Camille was happily painting some pictures for her mom and dad.
The superhero theme continued outside as Collin and Ella became Batman and Wonder Woman. They took a trip to the mountains to rescue people. Meanwhile, Cameron and Maddy saw some birds and decided to build a nest to keep them safe. Emma, Camille and Vivian started a game of “hide and seek” and then “blast off.” Asha, Anthony and Elsa took a few trips down the slide and then went to join in the “hide and seek” game. The bike path was busy as usual as Ben, Turner and Alex started a racing game around the path.
Around back the children were engaged in a multitude of activities. Elsa headed straight to the easel and started painting a picture. Up on the porch Asha, Alex and Ben were busy cutting spaghetti noodles while Ella and Collin were using the hot glue guns to make maracas. Over in the sandbox Cameron, Maddy, Emma and Vivian were digging holes to find treasures and making soup.
