Anthony and Elsa arrived ready to build today. They headed straight over to the blocks and started making a great big tower. Higher and higher it grew until it came tumbling down with a crash. Over at the writing center Maddy, Cameron, Asha, Elsa, Collin, and Ella worked hard on their Valentine bags while Alex worked with the counting pegs at the big table.
It was a beautiful warm sunny day and the children headed outside for some fun in the sun. There were all kinds of adventures going on outside. Cameron and Maddy got busy building big machines, Elsa was sliding down the slide and Collin went on a hunt and found a big piece of ice. While all this was going on, Emma and Vivian were Mermaids and Butterflies fluttering around the playground. Over on the bike path Turner, Alex, Ella and Camille were racing around the path on their bikes. After awhile Camille left her bike and became a jogger jogging around the path. Anthony joined in the fun and raced around the track in his rocket ship.
Around back Anthony and Riley thought they would do some exercises and took turns walking up the stairs and jumping down. In the sandbox Cameron, Turner, Maddy, Ella, and Collin were busy digging, pouring and building in the sand. Alex, Camille, Ella J and Alex stopped to watch them in action for a few minutes and then headed up to the deck to paint.
