This morning Maddy and Vivian spent some time cutting at the writing center while Alex and Dean were daddy firefighters in the fire station. Turner and Ben arrived and joined the daddy firefighters and took turns driving the fire truck. Riley came in and decided to take Elsa under her wing today. The two of them went off to paint in the art room. Asha and Rhys decided to join them and the four of them got to work creating beautiful masterpieces. Camille arrived and went straight over to the babies. Dean came over and joined her and the two became mommy and daddy to the babies. Over in the bear cave, Bronwen spent some time reading her favorite books.
Outside, Kaito and Asha went straight to the tower, climbed up the ladder and slid down the slide. Down below in the house the critters were having a party. Maddy, Vivian and Camille were all penguins. Bronwen was a kitty cat and Camille was a ladybug. Dean joined the party but insisted on being a firefighter instead of a critter. They all had a grand time.
Over in the grass, several activities were beginning to develop. Anke and Cecy set up an obstacle course in one part of the grass. Rhys, Elsa, Ella J, Bronwen, and Camille all joined in the course. First, they ran and jumped laughing along the way. Then they tried standing on one leg for as long as possible. Alex and Dean joined them and started rolling the hoola hoops. Nearby Elsa, Riley and Kaito were rolling tennis balls and chasing after them. Super Dragons Maddy and Vivian ran by them on their way to the bike path where Ben and Turner were racing their bikes around the path. Rhys finished the obstacle course and joined the biker boys.
Later, Carolyn came and the crew headed inside for music. They had a grand time singing their favorite songs “She’ll Be Coming Around the Mountain” and “I’ve Been Working on the Railroad.”
