This morning Kaito and Rowan carefully hung hangers while Nerissa painted. Chloe and Lewis flew the rocket ship and on their way to space they ran out of gas. Nerissa happened to be nearby and used her strong muscles to pull the rocket ship to the gas station. They spent the night on the moon and fell asleep to the moon song, “I see the moon and the moon sees me…” Cole was busy with the magnets and Rowan had become our photographer.
Outside, Lewis and Maddy played purple paint train. Meanwhile, Cole and Chloe climbed to the top of the tower as leopards. Many of the other children were playing Uncle Jesse with Mila as their cheerleader- clapping with a great big smile.
Later on, Reed, Zach and Rowan took a long trip to the moon. They brought food and blankets and were excited for their adventure. Before they blasted off, Seren, Nerissa and Eliana climbed aboard with additional blankets and food. Back at school, Rock hot glued and then took his project to the writing center. Mila was Rock’s companion and joined him at both locations.
Downstairs, Maddy, Chloe and Lewis pretended to be squirrels. The squirrels gathered food for winter and kept it in their tree house. Cole and Kaito built a train track and then became fire fighters.
