At the writing center this morning Nerissa, Daphne and Rowan made pictures and more Valentine’s. They worked really hard on them. Zach arrived and modeled his new vest. After that he found Eliana and Rowan sculpting play dough and joined them. Chloe and Nerissa pieced together the big floor puzzle while Cole manned the controls in the rocket ship.
In the front, Chloe proclaimed the tower a rocket ship. Down below in the house, Ruby, Maddy and Daphne made a home. Ruby and Daphne were sisters who went to school and walked home all by themselves. It was quiet and stationary despite the noisy rocket ship constantly blasting off to space. When Chloe got settled back on Earth, she and Maddy became Spotty barking dogs with spots all over. Cole utilized the slide. Zach and Rowan were rangers while Rock belted out “Mr. Sun.” Later, Zach, Rowan and Rock all played soccer with a big ball. On the bike path Seren, Mila, Eliana, Kaito and Nerissa rode round and round. Eliana and Seren took a break from their bikes to sweep the path and then traffic continued as usual. Ruby ran by on her way to work.
In the back, Daphne, Maddy, Chloe and Ruby all piled into the sandbox to make cakes and things. Zach, Rowan and Cole took turns on the big easel. Mila packed up her house and headed out to Seattle. Nerissa, Eliana, Seren and Rock made different projects with paint, paper cups and paper plates. After a while Kaito and Cole joined the girls in the sandbox.
